Teaching at Lycee Francais de Seoul!
We began a quest beyond teaching Korean students. We were given a chance to introduce Turtle Books through an open class at Lycee Francias de Seoul. Open class was held with parents observing how we performed our activities.
Variety of students from different age groups came together and showed interest in our Textbooks. They really enjoyed the diverse topics that were laid out in front of them, giving them the opportunity to choose.
Our books allow the teacher and the students to bond, and have the two become more than mentor and mentee, a friend. Although the open class was a short session, we were able to bond with every student.
After the open class, we are now teaching an after school art class at Lycee Francais de Seoul, thanks to the number of students signing up for our class. We will try our best to spread our way of making art through the diverse community here in Korea.
